An Jiajie: Serves made a difference in win over Japan

China celebrate a point as they cruised to a 3-0 win over Japan to even their record at 1-1

Omaha, USA, July 23, 2015 – China used an effective block and serve to down Japan 25-20, 25-19, 25-12 on the second day of the FIVB World Grand Prix Finals in Omaha, Nebraska, USA.

China coach An Jiajie: "We just played normally. The players are getting more familiar with each other. I hope our players will not have any psychological burdens and just play their best."

Japan coach Masayoshi Manabe: "There were not many positive things. The combination between the setter and attacker are not very good. It does not depend on the opponent. One of the things that we have to do is not make mistakes."

Japan captain Saori Kimura: "I am not sure there are many positive things, but after we have matches likes this we have to re-think about what kind of things we have to improve. After that, those kinds of things will help us be a better team."
