China coach Ping "Both teams played well"

 

Ningbo, China, July 5 215 - China claimed the crown of Pool B of 2015 FIVB World Grand Prix on Sunday by beating Russia 3-1 (25-21, 21-25, 25-13, 25-23) at the Beilun Sports and Art center of Ningbo city, east China



Russia captain Ekaterina Kosianenko - "Congratulations to China. It is a pity that we didn't win, I think we had the chance to win. I hope we could do better in the following matches and get satisfactory results."



Russia coach Marichev Yury - "Congratulations to China. We didn't play well in our receiving today. I think if we did better in our receiving, I think we may put more pressure over the Chinese team and the result maybe different."



China captain Hui Ruoqi - "We are happy to claim the title of Ningbo steps of Grand Prix. It is a victory for all team members. Russia is a tough team, they pushed a lot of pressure over the net. This is our last match here and the toughest one, we learned something from Russia team."
