Porec, Croatia, July 5, 2015 - The Netherlands prevailed in straight sets (25-17, 25-11, 25-13) over Croatia to stay unbeaten with three wins at the top spot in Pool J.
Both teams started the match with high spirit and traded points until the reached 10-10. Some good attacks from Netherlands found the 16-12 ahead at the first technical timeout. The visiting team kept then extending their lead to taek the set 25-17.
The second set was dominated by the Dutch as they quickly pulled away into a 7-2 lead. The more relaxed visting team was able to enjoy the game more and soon found themselves racing off to a 16-4 lead. Judith Pietersen was the main weapon significantly contributing to a 25-11 win.
Set three followed the same pattern as the Dutch quickly gained an 3-0 advantage and did not lowered their game standards turning comfortably the set 25-13 in their favour.
