Undefeated China and Russia to clash in Ningbo

Head-to-Head
· These teams will meet for the 28th time in the World Grand Prix. China have won nine and Russia have won 18 of the previous meetings.
· Russia have won the last four meetings with China in the competition, including a five set win in last year's edition.
· This match was the final of the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. China won the gold medal after beating Russia 3-2.

China
· China added a second win to their 2015 campaign by beating Germany in straight sets.
· They have now won both of their 2015 matches in straight sets and can record three straight set wins in a row for the first time since 2012.
· Ting Zhu became the first player in Group 1 to reach 20 points in a single match in this year's campaign. She scored 21 points against Germany.
· Li Lin will celebrate her 23rd birthday on the day of the match.

Russia
· Russia have won both of their matches of the 2015 World Grand Prix, beating Germany 3-1 and Dominican Republic 3-0.
· They have now won eight of their last 10 matches in the competition, including their last four. 
· Russia can win five in a row for the first time since nine successive wins between 2013 and 2014.
· Nataliya Goncharova leads Russia's scoring with 26 points in the first two matches combined.
