Colombia captain Marin: "This gives us a spot for Australia and motivates our team"

Trujillo, Peru, July 4, 2015 - Colombia beat Kazakhstan 3-0 (25-19, 25-22, 25-19) on Saturday for their second straight-sets win in succession to open play in Pool P.

Colombia coach Eduardo Guillaume: “Our campaign began in Argentina with the
Qualifier to the World Cup and since then I'm satisfied with our
growth”.

Colombia captain Maria Alejandra Marin: “We have lost just one
match and we have won the rest by 3-0, this gives us a spot for
Australia (the finals) and motivates our team to keep working each day to be
better.”

Kazakhstan coach Oleksandr Gutor: “My team didn't play well, we had problems to
keep focus and we lost our advantage fast. Now we need to keep
working for tomorrow's match."

Kazakhstan player Yana
Yagodina
said her team
made a lot of unforced errors which prevented them from keeping the
advantage they had during the match.
