I prefer difficult games - Guidetti

 

Lublin, Poland, August 1, 2015 – Listen what the coaches and captains said after Saturday’s first semifinal of the World Grand Prix Group 2 Finals in Lublin, Poland. 

Giovanni Guidetti comments on their successful semi-final against Czech Republic. The Netherlands advanced to the World Grand Prix Group 2 final winning in straight sets. The Italian coach admits that it was a difficult game, but that he prefers difficult matches than easy ones. 



The Netherlands captain Maret Balkestein-Grothues says that the self-belief of the team helped them to make a few comebacks during the match against Czech Republic. The team takes an extra motivation from a loss against Belgium at the last year's Final Four. 



Czech Republic lost in the semi-final against The Netherlands and won't be able to fight for a spot in the World Grand Prix Group 1. Coach Carlo Parisi shares his thoughts on today’s Czech team performance. 



Helena Havelkova shares her disappointment about the match and their missed chances that Czech Republic had against The Netherlands, but she appreciated the opportunity of playing against the Netherlands.
