Serbia's firepower was superior to the Turks

Kaliningrad, Russia, July 10, 2015 – Brankica Mihajlovic was on rampant form as Serbia spiked their way to victory over Turkey in the FIVB World Grand Prix, winning 3-1 (25-17, 21-25, 25-14, 27-25).

Serbia started the stronger of the two teams in set one, running up a 9-3 lead with some fierce hitting. With Brankica Mihajlovic and Milena Rasic hitting strongly and too many Turkish errors, the Serbs took the set quite easily, 25-17.

Turkey regrouped and looked better in set two, with Polen Uslupehlivan and Dicle Nur Babat contributing as the score ran up to 19-19. A strong attack and an ace by Dagdelenler Ezgi made the difference, and Turkey took set two 25-21.
